Poi

poi is often a form of movement meditation, where the focus is on the fluidity and grace of the body, the rhythm, and the coordination between the performer and the poi. Poi performance includes elements of dance, juggling, and object manipulation, and can be performed with fire, LED lights, or even just practice poi for beginners.

There are many different poi moves and patterns, from basic swinging to advanced tricks like weaving, stalls, isolations, and butterfly moves, all aimed at creating beautiful, flowing visuals.
